Dennis J. Antinori
Dennis J. Antinori is a retired senior-level health care executive with over 35 years of proven experience in growing and leading large healthcare organizations.
Mr. Antinori currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for IPG, the industry-leading provider of Surgical Cost Management solutions. Having served as a board director since 2007, and Chairman since 2015, Mr. Antinori has been instrumental in successfully leading IPG's transition from a start-up, founder-led organization, to a professionally-managed and well-capitalized market leader exceptionally well-positioned for future growth. Partnering with the major health insurance plans across the country to help manage and reduce surgical costs, IPG has received numerous prestigious awards, including being recently named a 7-time honoree on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the United States.
As Senior Vice President of Guidant Corporation, Mr. Antinori was part of the original leadership team that formed Guidant, a spin off from Eli Lilly & Co. In that position, he played a key role in the shaping of the business structure, and culture, of the organization. He was an integral part of the success that created one of the three leading manufacturers in the medical device industry, ultimately purchased by Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) for more than $25B. Later in his career, Mr. Antinori served as an Advisor to another medical device bellwether, Medtronic Corporation (NYSE: MDT).
Mr. Antinori received his Bachelor of Science degree in business and economics from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Antinori also completed the general management program ("Managing the Enterprise”) from Columbia University in New York City.
Mr. Antinori lives with his wife, Suzanne, in Alpharetta, Georgia.
